Yoga
Through the opportunity to participate in various teachings, I wish to share my knowledge with you and continue learning together — in the spirit of giving and receiving, teaching and learning.
My offers
Vinyasa
In vinyasa yoga, we combine every breath with a movement to create a meditative flow. This moving form of yoga can help you to feel your body and strengthen it. The practice can also help you to be present in the moment and to connect with yourself, to feel deeply.
I try to make the practice so accessible, through tools and variations, that this physical form of yoga can be practiced even without experience.
Yin (and sound)
Yin Yoga invites you to calm down and sink deep into your connective tissue. We stay in various postures for several minutes without muscular tension.
During the longer holding phases, you gently open your fascia while mental tension is released. A wonderful practice to simply let go and travel inwards.
Suitable for anyone who wants to slow down, stretch deeply, and reconnect with themselves.
The class can be accompanied by sound to help you enter a meditative state during your body practice.
Let’s connect, if you’d like.
